Who We are

Founder, Asher Levin  converted his first bike to an E-bike in 2017. He loved the freedom it gave him to ride in the hills of Devon.  Realising that many people are put off cycling by the daunting hills and the prohibitive costs of most e-bikes, Asher offered his services to some friends. They were delighted with his conversions. Asher became hooked on  converting bikes to provide other local cyclists with access to safe, affordable, reliable e-bikes. 

In 2023, Asher founded the company South Devon E-bikes Ltd. to grow the business and make his services available to the wider community.   

Since that time, South Devon E-bikes has converted dozens of bikes for locals in South Devon and beyond.
